aa1wとaa2wとの違いを探る予定

dial(SCCP/<ext>/aa1w) lets the phone answer with speaker activated but microphone muted (one way, 1w).

dial(SCCP/<ext>/aa2w) lets the phone answer with speaker and microphone activated (two way, 2w).
